Rana Salman, MBA, Ph.D.


Rana Salman is a recognized expert in the sales industry. Leveraging her successful background in marketing and enterprise-level B2B sales, she now partners with global organizations to help them strategically elevate the performance of their sales teams.

As founder of Salman Consulting, LLC, Rana supports her clients—midsize and Fortune 500 companies—by designing customized sales strategies, creating effective sales content, and developing high-impact training sessions delivered in person, through webinars, and on demand. She specializes in sales enablement that optimizes the end-to-end customer experience as a tool to build loyalty and increase revenue.

In different ways, Rana devotes her spare time to making a difference in her local and global community. She is the co-founder of WiSE (Women in Sales Enablement). Locally, she supports charitable organizations by participating in races, recently volunteered with Habitat for Humanity to construct a home, and shares her expertise by speaking at college sales programs.
